Sometimes we just need to slow down and do something for ourselves.
At the “Il Lavandeto della Lobia” Lavender & Herb Farm you can enjoy a reconnecting and relaxing yoga practice, in a peaceful and comfortable environment.

From March, Wednesday 16th, and every Wednesday in March and April from 5:30 p.m. With the approaching Spring time, as soon as possibile, we will practice outside among Valentina’s lavender fields. Until then, a comfy and warm indoor space will welcome us.

The class will be taken either in English or Italian, depending on the majority of people speaking one or the other language. No one will be left behind, in case the class will be taken in Italian as main language, all the hints will be also given in English, to ensure you the most cozy practice.
